Return Policy

Witchy Cauldron will accept return of merchandise only if a request to return is submitted to sale@wholesale.witchycauldron.com within 14 days of receiving merchandise. The reason for return must be included in the notification. All returned merchandise must be received by Witchy Cauldron within 10 business days of approval. We will issue a store credit in the amount that you paid for the merchandise plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If a request for return is submitted and an authorization code is issued for a return, credit will not be issued until product is returned and determined to be in salable condition within the specified time frame. We are not responsible for returned items being lost or broken in transit. Please do ensure you place adequate tracking and insurance when an item is returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

All items are open and inspected before leaving the warehouse. Damage reports must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return the merchandise (See “Permission to Return and Receive Credit”). The returned merchandise must be received by Witchy Cauldron within 10 business days of return authorization.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Any opened or used item sent back will not be eligible for a refund.
